Getting Started with SWYFT Solutions' SOLIDWORKS Elite Coaching

The SWYFT Solutions SOLIDWORKS Elite Coaching Community is a private learning and collaboration space designed exclusively for SWYFT clients. It’s where SOLIDWORKS users come together to level up their skills, get direct access to expert coaches, and connect with peers who face the same design and engineering challenges. Membership is included with our SWYFT Success Plans, giving you access to weekly live coaching calls, an ever-growing library of training content, and an engaged community that’s ready to share insights, answer questions, and celebrate wins.

This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get started and get the most out of it! If your team has a SWYFT Success Plan but you need an invite, contact your Customer Success Manager or reach out to support@swyftsol.com for assistance! Accessing the Community

Once invited, you'll receive an invitation link via email to join the SWYFT Solutions SOLIDWORKS Elite Coaching community, which is hosted on the Skool platform. Click the link and follow the prompts to set up your account.

 

Navigating the Platform

Once you have activated your account, the next step is getting familiar with the platform. The SOLIDWORKS Elite Coaching community is organized into six main categories, which you can navigate as tabs along the top of the page.

• • The central space for posts, updates, and discussion.

  • You’ll see tips from coaches, peer questions, and community highlights.

  • Use the search bar or categories to filter for specific topics.

• Classroom

  • A growing library of training replays, tutorials, and step-by-step guides curated by SWYFT coaches.

  • Revisit at any time to strengthen your skills.

• Calendar

  • Find dates/times for weekly coaching calls, live workshops, and special events.

  • Sessions are interactive! Come prepared to ask questions and share your screen if needed.

• Members

  • See who else is part of the SOLIDWORKS Elite Coaching Community.

• • Send direct messages to connect, collaborate, or ask quick questions.

  • Build your network of SOLIDWORKS professionals beyond your own team.

• Leaderboard

  • Track community engagement. Points are earned when your posts/comments are liked by others.

  • Use it as friendly motivation to stay active and involved.

  • Celebrate milestones and rankings as you grow within the community.

 

Weekly Coaching Calls

The Calendar is your go-to place for staying on top of all live events in the community. To access this, click on the Calendar tab.

Here you’ll find the schedule for weekly coaching calls, interactive workshops, and special training sessions. Each event includes the meeting link and key details so you can easily join in real time. If you can’t make it live, don’t worry, every session is recorded and uploaded to the Classroom afterward.

Checking the Calendar regularly ensures you never miss an opportunity to connect, learn, and bring your questions directly to the coaches and community.

 

Engaging with the Community

To engage with the community, access the Community tab, and click on Write something. This will open a dialog window where you can write a post, and select a category to make sure it is filtered to the relevant community members.

• Post Questions: Stuck on a feature? Curious about best practices? Post in the feed to get responses from coaches and peers.
• Share Wins: Show off a design improvement, automation trick, or workflow shortcut. It inspires others and keeps momentum high.
• Help Others: Even simple answers go a long way in building the community.

The more you engage, the more you’ll get out of the experience!

Like or comment on each other's posts to get engaged with fellow community members!

Explore the Classroom

The Classroom is where all the structured training lives. Your on-demand library of replays, tutorials, and deep-dive lessons.

To access the Classroom, click on the Classroom tab in the Skool menu bar. Inside, you’ll find a library of modules, each containing video lessons and supporting materials designed to help you sharpen your skills. This is also where all weekly coaching call replays are stored, perfect if you missed a live session or want to review a key concept again.

The Classroom is built for flexibility. You can move through lessons and recordings entirely at your own pace, whether you’re looking for a quick tip to solve a problem or a full workflow walkthrough. And since there’s no limit on replays, you can revisit lessons as often as you need to reinforce what you’ve learned and apply it directly to your projects.
