How to Adjust Your License Notification Settings

If you are receiving many notifications about your license expiring, even when you know a renewal is already planned, here are some instructions to adjust your notifications. 

 

Tip: This is an issue that has been prevalent with the recent name change from SOLIDWORKS to SOLIDWORKS Design. If this applies to your case, please know that the notifications should cease after your next renewal when your SOLIDWORKS Design licenses take effect. 

Navigate to your 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

  • Log into your company's individual tenant link, or solidworks.com/3dx, with your username and password

  • Click on the bell icon

  • Click on the settings gear and find Preferences

  • Scroll down and find the "Members Control Center'

  • De-select the License Expiration notifications

This should reduce your number of interruptions and notifications regarding your 3DEXPREIENCE Roles and licenses. If at any time you wish to receive those again, simply repeat the above steps and turn the notifications back on.
