How to Remove Expired Roles from Your Account on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform

Expired roles in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform can cause access issues and consume unnecessary licenses. Regular cleanup of these roles ensures better experience. This guide outlines the steps required to remove expired roles on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

NOTE: The following steps will need to be carried out by a 3DEXPERIENCE platform administrator.

  1. Log into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  2. Open the Compass (blue circle with the play button in the top left).
  3. Launch the Members Control Center application.
  4. Click on the information icon next to the name of the affected user.

  5. Click on the View All tab.

  6. Uncheck any licenses without a colored (red, yellow, or green) availability meter symbol.
