How to Subscribe to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Availability Updates

Subscribing to updates on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform’s availability ensures that you are informed of any unexpected behavior or outages. By receiving notifications, you can stay up to date on the latest service status and be notified when the platform is back up and running.

  1. Open your web browser and navigate directly to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform Health Console.

  2. Log in with your 3DEXPERIENCE credentials.

  3. Click on Subscribe to Updates.

  4. Select Confirm to approve.

Moving forward, you should now receive any updates via email if there are outages or service degradations associated with platforms that you are a member of.
